Shipping Policy

At Siar Frozen, we aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly and securely.

We ship from Northern Ireland and deliver throughout the UK and Ireland using trusted couriers.

• Frozen & Perishable Pet Food:

  Orders containing frozen or chilled products are shipped using insulated liners and cold-chain packaging to maintain proper temperature during transit.

  These items are dispatched Monday to Wednesday (excluding 10kg chicks, these are despatched everyday) only to avoid weekend delays.

  Once shipped, your parcel will arrive within 24 hours.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as frozen goods cannot be left unattended for extended periods.

 

Returns Policy

  Due to the nature of frozen and temperature-sensitive products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once these items have been dispatched.
